The counting of votes usually done both wise and for example if a candidate is winning the high margin and if the voting continuous and a contestant has won more than 50% of the votes then even if the counting is remaining then he is the winner because no other candidate can get more votes because already more than half of the votes are secured by a candidate, but still the election commission completes all the counting of votes.
